Update : I received a call from Brandon and the converstaion was very professional and polite . The Issue that I had was addressed and looking to be rectified. Amazing reflection of management I purchased 5 Godspeed shirts from Common Hype over the course of two weeks. My first order arrived perfectly — shirt included with the original branded packaging. A few days later, I received three more shirts, but only one came with the original packaging. The other two were shipped loosely, without any protective bags, and arrived dusty. I reached out to Common Hype immediately to request the missing packaging and asked that my final shirt be shipped with the original bag as well. After multiple back-and-forth messages and repeated requests, they never fulfilled the packaging request. Instead, they sent me a pair of socks — also without any packaging. It’s disappointing to spend a significant amount of money on branded merchandise and not have the quality or care in shipping be consistent. I expected better customer service and accountability.
