Selling Sneakers
Sneaker and apparel trades or sales are only accepted at the Tempe HQ location. No appointment is required. Walk-ins are welcome. We accept sneakers in any condition. Clothing must be brand new with tags.
Trading Sneakers
Customers receive an offer in either cash or store credit. Store credit offers are approximately twenty dollars more than cash. For example, if we offer two hundred twenty dollars in cash, the store credit would be two hundred forty dollars.

Orders and Shipping
Orders placed before 5 PM ship the same day. All sales are final. However, we may offer exceptions for apparel produced by Common Hype. Used items, like pre-owned sneakers, are also considered final sale.
Product Authenticity
All products are verified for authenticity by our in-house legit checking team. While we do not provide certificates of authenticity, we guarantee all products sold at Common Hype are authentic.
Product Information
Online and in-store inventory is synced and up to date. You can view what is available at each location through our website. Prices for new products are not negotiable. For used items, you may inquire through DM, but pricing is generally firm.
We accept all major forms of payment, including Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Common Hype gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed in store.
Our inventory is updated daily on the website. The best way to stay informed about restocks, new arrivals, and special releases is by joining our SMS and email list.
SMS Program and Loyalty
By subscribing to our SMS program, customers receive early access to product drops and collaborations, loyalty-based discount offers, and behind-the-scenes updates about Common Hype. We do not currently offer a points-based loyalty program.
Commons
Commons Studios is our in-house cut and sew brand that prioritizes quality, detail, and elevated essentials. It is an extension of the Common Hype identity.
