Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. US orders over $100 ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Free shipping is paused during our November sale (Nov 1 to 30) and returns December 1.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders placed by 5 PM PST, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the following Monday, since our carriers do not pick up on weekends.

When will my order arrive?

• West Coast: 2 to 3 business days.
• East Coast: 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

My order says it was delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Check with your local carrier first. Packages often end up with a neighbor or at a different mailbox or PO box. If you still can't find it, email support@commonhypeaz.com and we will open a case with the carrier.

Do you offer overnight shipping?

Not at checkout. If you need something fast, email support@commonhypeaz.com and we can send an invoice for an overnight label as a custom order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to many countries. Add an item to your cart and go to checkout to see if your country is eligible. Free shipping over $100 applies to US orders only.
