Our team inspects every item in hand before it is sold. We verify materials, construction, stitching, tags, box labels, and sizing details against known authentic references. If a pair does not pass, it does not get sold. Period.

Yes, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Deadstock pairs ship in their original box with all included accessories. For used pairs, box condition and included extras are noted in the listing.

Deadstock means the item is brand new, unworn, and comes with its original box and accessories. Unless a listing says otherwise, sneakers on our site are deadstock.

Yes. Our Used Shoes collection features lightly worn pairs that have passed the same authentication process as our new inventory. Each used pair is individually photographed so you can see the exact condition of the shoes you are buying before checkout.

Resale pricing is driven by market demand, and some sizes are rarer or more sought after than others. That is why you may see a price range on a product and different prices per size at checkout.

Resale inventory moves fast and most pairs are one-off buys, so restocks are never guaranteed. Our inventory is updated daily, so check back often or hit us up on Instagram to see if a size is coming through. You can also shop in person at any of our three Arizona locations.

Yes. Alongside resale heat, we design and produce our own lines: Common Hype©, Commons Studios, and Compliments, plus limited collaborations with Astro Boy, Betty Boop, and Five Star. These are exclusive in-house designs you will not find anywhere else.
Sizing

Different silhouettes fit differently. Jordan 1s tend to run true to size, Yeezy 350s run small, and Foam Runners run large. If you are unsure, email us at support@commonhypeaz.com before ordering and we will point you in the right direction.

All sizes are listed in their respective gender sizing. If a pair is a women's release, the sizes shown are women's sizes. Men's releases show men's sizes, and kids' pairs (GS, PS, TD) are listed in their respective kids' sizing. If you are ever unsure, email us at support@commonhypeaz.com before ordering.

Common Hype©, Commons Studios, and Compliments pieces run with a relaxed streetwear fit. If you want a cleaner, true-to-size look, consider sizing down. Measurements are listed on each product page.
Shipping and Handling

All orders take about 24 business hours to process and ship out. We normally ship same-day for orders placed by 5PM PST. Packages ship Monday through Friday, so weekend orders go out the following Monday.

West Coast orders typically arrive in 2 to 3 business days. East Coast orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Every order ships fast from Arizona.

Yes, shipping is free on all orders over $100. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

Not as a standard checkout option. If you need something ASAP, email support@commonhypeaz.com and we can send an invoice for an overnighted label as a custom order.

Check with your local carrier first, since packages sometimes end up with a neighbor or a different mailbox. If you added Onward to your order, you can file a claim right away for a refund or reorder. If you still cannot locate it, email support@commonhypeaz.com and we will open a case with the carrier.

We have partnered with Onward to provide carbon neutral shipping protection against lost, stolen, and damaged packages. When you add Onward to your order, you are fully protected in the event something goes wrong with your shipment. Simply add Onward to your cart at checkout and your delivery is covered.

Onward is an order upgrade service that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If you add Onward to your order, you can file a claim in just a few clicks and choose between a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim. Claims are typically reviewed for approval within a day once all requested information has been received.

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c3 nonprofit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you are automatically taking action against climate change.
Selling and Trading

Yes. We buy sneakers in both new and used condition, and streetwear in new condition only. Bring your heat to our Tempe HQ location for an offer, or join our Discord to get offers on your pairs remotely. Payouts are made in cash, Zelle, or store credit.

Yes. Store credit typically gets you more value than a cash offer, and it can be applied at any of our three Arizona locations or online if needed. Bring your items to Tempe HQ and our team will work out a deal on the spot.
